Just got off the phone with the lease recruiter (Tony).
They only have new trucks. Volvos, Freightliners, Petes, and KW's are being added.
It's a 4 year locked in lease. No walking away without a hit to your credit and possibly owing a lot of $.
It is a purchase option after 4 year lease. I think she said $50K ballpark.
    Payments are average $650 per week + $200 for insurance/workmans comp/business
Average take home is $1400 per week.
$.99 cents per mile plus FSC. .05 added for hazmat loads(must have tanker/hazmat endorsements)
Average mileage is 3000 for O/O and lease purchase.
They do require a 90 day trial period which means driving as a company driver 1st.
Orientation is 2 days in Texarkana, AR
    No hair follicle drug test
    Hope this helps!

polo king 92 and Perk100 Thank this.

Jesus that’s a huge buyout at the end of 4 years considering you’re paying $2400 a month. Looks like you’re paying minimum 165k

Let's get real. The lease program goes like this.
Your choice of trucks are Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth and Volvo.
    $1.02 a mile + FSC
    Qualcomm: $ 17.00
    Non Trucking Liability: $ 7.38
    Occupational Accident Driver 1: $ 31.15
    Occupational Accident Driver 2: $ 31.15
    Physical Damage: $ 128.31 ( Truck Value X 0.0440 / 52 )
Deductions will begin on 12/27/2019 **
    TEL Lease Payment: $ 665
TEL Security Deposit: $ 125 for 12 weeks.
    TEL Admin Fee: $ 12.00
TEL Maintenance Escrow: $ 180 per week
    ATBS: $20.17

Notes: This is a Freightliner and the $125 is if you don't have the $1500 security deposit so it's added to your truck. I also have a copy of the contract as I am still deciding.

But that deal makes me think I need to stop moving frieght and start leading trucks lol
