u must be out of your mind if you think dac is there for the drivers---who do you think supports them? the trk companies pay a fee and memberships-- truckers don't pay a thing and there for, are on the bottom of the food chain .dac buy my lawyers words are the enemy to the driver and will do all they can to keep the stuff on your report, if they don't the trkuck companies will soon bail out and usis (dac) will have to close the doors. I have a total dismissal from court and dac say they care less what the court says and goes by what the company says. A CLASS ACTION IS ABOUT TO HIT THEM AND IT IS ALL ABOUT COURT AND THE FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE COURT FINDINGS.

I am kicking myself in the ba##s as I type this ...... It sounds as though the DAC needs some government oversight. There I said it and I am now very sorry for my thoughts.

That same thing happened to me with CR England, They report that I abondoned my truck, Yet I was a O/O and had my truck with me.

No load no trailer two week notice and all.

But you can get it fixed easy it fact if you have a little customer service skills. Call your old company ask to speak with HR and they can tell you what they report ( by law they have to ) then ask them is there a better way at wording it, or explain what happened and have them fix it. Try and get the sweet little southern girl on the phone and lay on the shame....

Yes sir im ready to stand for drivers, anyone else out there willing? Its time for a change, the companies, politicians, and all those entities, Dac, fmsca, dot, and all are in it together, big companies pay politicians to get rules approved to choke the life out of the driver, we can win our rights as drivers if we stick together, remember the country stops without truck drivers, I say we form and tell companies as well as government what we want

This is all an insurance issue. Insurance companies will not allow these trucking companies to employ workers with accidents regardless of the reason for them unless it was a gross act by another like a drunk hit the driver. They had no choice but to terminate you. Do not blame SRT.

Since we do not know the circumstances of the accident, as you have not disclosed them I cannot comment further as to what course of action your should follow.
