don't do it they are slick at getting drivers in but the dispacter have problems getting you loads some times. depend on the dispacter.now they will fire you for no reason and watch you qc all the time. keep everything you say on the qc and don't take phone calls from them

    shadowviper Thanks this.

Yea, they called me 10 minutes after submitting my application in for a driver services site and told me they would hire me at a starting rate of $.31 a mile at an average of 2300 miles per week. From what I understand miles are lower than that there. So they are telling me and this on what I figured 2300 x .31= $713 not including tax's being taken out or any kind of extra insurance coverage. Are you ####### kidding me? For that kind of ###### pay I might as well go live at the local homeless shelter and tell them I'm a #######, I work for FREE! I could tell the recruiter was BSing me. She said she was going to call me back after a couple of thing's was varified and I told her to save the time for someone else and not bother to waste anymore of mine with that BS. I'll seek employment else where.

They offered me upthis morning with an average of 2300 miles a week at $.31/mile. Told them to call someone else. I would barely be able to take care of myself on that kind of pay. Do the math. That doesn't even inclued tax's being taken out or any insurance to buried in something better than a cardboard box if anything happened to me. No thank you.

I can tell you from experience that you will not start at 35.5 a mile it will be 32.5 and only 29 will show on your stubs cuz somehow u will loose 3.5 a mile and 12 will be for perdiem and you will only take home 17 a mile which taxes and insurance is taken out of. Its up to you but read up on pissed off comsumers. You'll see.

I wish they would go under. Their stock is worthless. Investors are losing out their back side right now. They are undercutting every rate out there and hauling loads for .60 and .70 per mile to push out Prime from a lot of contracts. A lot of the customers are just bottom feeding seeking shippers. Miles suck! 1300 mile avg length of haul? What a joke! More like 400 miles...
