how true

i see there is alot of bs in here in the way companies treat there drivers. today jobs are not what they use to be. companies don't take care of there people. Star out of morton is 1. i have seen drivers go to the yard and pick up loads that were due same night next day and drivers would be out of hours or over and they turn there back and pretend to not hear it. even if the driver says he can't do it on time because of mileage and time constraints. they don't care and promote you to run illegal. i once heard a hr guy there say there turnover rate is 200%. they use you and abuse you. if you go to safety and speak up. your mileage gets cut and you sit out of state and they get on you about idle time. i drop at 6am and they don't have a load for me until 11pm when i know there are other drivers dropping after me and picking up loads sooner. i know cause my buddie cooks his logs and they know and hand him more miles. i could make more at Mc Donalds, some of us only get a 1000 to 1500 a week. think they promote you to quit. i'm going to try another company and pay my own loan off. see if star lives up to there name when it comes to messing with your DAC report from what i hear.
