The only thing they can report is when you started and when you left. If you don't mind me asking. How long were you there and why did you leave?

I was only thru my second week of training .... I left because trainer sucked , or he just didn't like me . I am a smoker . But he smoked like no tomorrow, and in the cab he would smoke with out opening a window more than a 1/2 inch while i was sleeping , i guess it was his way of saying wake up . . I was frustrated with the guy. lost my cell phone , he wouldnt let me use his , not that he had to , but it woulld have been nice.

I just found out a baby is on the way . I have to get on the road . I don't want to miss my family , but the need me to provide for them ... and my wife works , I could not support a wife 6 y/o stepchild and a new one on the way . 30-35k year wont cut it alone. it will cover her maturnity leave..I didn't do anything wrong and had no other things against me beside the fact i got of truck and paid my own way to airport and air fare .

If you just got out of the truck and left without giving anyone notice. Technically they could get you for abandoning a load. That doesn't look real good to the next company. At this point you are going to still have to go with another trainer. No matter who hires you. I know it's stressful but you got to get through it if you want to continue with trucking. Somewhere on here is the information to get ahold of dac. Find that post and contact them to see what Stevens put on it. Hopefully it wasn't anything bad. Good luck to you and congrats on the new baby.

I did give them some notice i mean i tried waiting to get back to dallas after i talked with my trainer, plus i tried calling my counsler to get help (who i tried 3-4 days before i left and again the day i left, meantime he quit or got fired) but Stevens told me to go on to airport after my trainer spoke with them( though i never heard it ) . but i did did send them messages on the qualcom about one hour before i left truck and when i got off the truck.

Your best bet is prolly to swallow your pride and make it right with stevens--if you possibly can. Those few weeks are not always easy -- just something you gotta do if your gonna make it out here. If your having issues with a trainer--contact your dm and maybe they will help get you another one. It kinda looks bad on you if you cant make it through your training and just walk off the truck. Try to fix it if you can--good luck to you! Be Safe!
