Yup, he rocked in those movies. He does seem tough, rugged or whatever you want to call it.

Tombstone is one of my favorites, though. What a cast.

My second choice, Sam Elliot.

Johnny Cash would have been my first choice...but we know the issues with that one.

Aaron Tippin would make a good one too. But, I don't know if he could handle the "acting" end of it. He sure has the mentality, and attitude.

1 Jerry Reed, I heard that he was origionally cast as the Bandit
2 Clint Eastwood, Some think of the truckdriver as the last of the cowboys. My favorite cowboy.
3 Michael Parks, He was the Texas Ranger that investigates the Church massacre in Kill Bill.
4 Forrest Whitaker, Looks like a working man and has superb acting skills.
5 Willem Dafoe, Also looks blue collar with acting skills

I have a suggestion for you, but he isn't an experienced actor... he's a man who can convince you is anything he wishes you to believe he is.. he's got the right look, and he can and does understand trucking... I think he would do better for you than some of the others.. just because he is NOT the polished one.
