    The loans and payments to himself isn't what gets you in trouble.
    Its the cooking of the books that will burn you every time.

    scumbag, corrupt executives like harvey gainey who bankrupt companies and screw employees like that(dougpeilsticker of arrow trucking fame is another) deservs a long, slow agonizing public execution.

    sounds like hes a good fit with the otr trucking industry, hes a scumbag just like alot of the management at most of these companies. he signed a no-compete i believe, but his family (son) still runs a company and they actually are in the process of building directly nextdoor to superservice llc;s corporate headquarters.

    runs in the family it seems. the loans to himself and the 10 million bonus is no problemo, "he gave the rest to charity"... the people that got screwed were the people left holding the luggage (drivers,creditors and in general anyone who stayed with the company).

    the company still hasnt recovered fully, and wont for awhile in my opinion. we will have to let god be the judge indeed.
