I have unlimited DC as part of my VERY old plan. Got it for the crew a long time ago. When I can afford to, I'm going with the Simply Everything plan which is...unlimited minutes, text, DC and internet. It's 99 bucks a month. I'll add an air card for my laptop at another 5 bucks a month.

Right now I have 1200 minutes, (400 and 800 bonus), Internet and unlimited DC but no text for 49.95 a month. But my OLD I710 phone will need to be upgraded to the Palm Pri.

I'll have to check my service plan. I have an I580 (one of those indestructable phones). It has tons of features including a GPS. But if memory serves, I never activated the DC function because no one I knew at the time had a Nextel service. I'm way overdue for an upgrade anyway.

I'm a little late with the well wishes, but I hope you have all the success in the world ORG. It took guts to leave what you had and go into this field after reading the negative posts about the industry, and if anyone can pull it off it's you. We both started about the same time on TTR, so I've been following yur progress with great interest since I'm sincerely thinking of doing the same thing. The posts from you that I'll be most interested in reading are the ones you'll be making 6 months to a year from now, after you get a taste of the real thing. Doing research and going to school is essential, but they just can't and don't compare to actual experience. It'll be interesting see read your opinions about the industry once you've gone through both the good and bad stuff. Please keep us updated about what's going on, but only when you can. You've got a lot of stuff going on now, so don't feel pressured to post here. We're not your first priority right now. ¡Que vayas con Dios y tengas buen viajes!

rayodeluz, I'm from CT as well. I just moved down here from New Milford.

I wanted to let you know that if you do go through with the CDL training, one of the top training schools in the east is located in CT.

The name of the school eludes me at the moment, but they come highly recommended. When I find the info, I'll contact you.

Hey ORG! Hopefully day one went well !!! As Rayod said, we are not your first priortity, nor Chris's!! We all can't wait to hear how everything is going but, first and foremost you guys need to do what you need to do to concentrate on your training! We are all rooting for you but will wait to hear when you have time- completely understood- you are 'killing us' LOLOLOL!! but yes, we understand!

Congrats ORG on your SWIFT decision. You will do great out there. You have a great support system here. I will put your family in my prayers. I have been following your other thread as well and I am excited for you. Your attitude is one of the best I have seen on here. You have the right frame of mind to make things work for you. Will be waiting patiently for you reports on how you're doing.

I think ORG has a lot on his plate at the moment. Knowing what we've all learned about him in the other thread, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't hear from him until he was on the road. Plus I think he realizes that if he jumps into the forum to chat he'll be on a while.

ORG, don't worry about us right now. Concentrate on your orientation. We, your faithful, will be waiting.
