    am Interested in swift fladbed and con-way truckload which company has better miles, pay and a better company to drive for im from laredo tx. i just got my cdl this week. these 2 companys have a terminal in laredo.

    Swift pays less than Conway. Conway doesn't do flats. Does Conway have a terminal in Laredo?

    Conway pays more per mile, and pays practical miles. At your stage of the game read my signature and apply every where. Werner, Swift, PTL, etc. and pull the trigger on one. Conway I heard has a tough driving test. Better know what you are doing.

    Conway was hiring with 3 months, you just train with a "driver finisher."

    They hire students within 30 days of graduation. Go to Crowder for a week then with a finisher.

    tank you so much guys i now con-way orientation is hard well the backing tast for me a 45 digrees backing test i dont want to orientation and get kick out for not passing the backing test but i like that almost no one talks bad about this company and the pay is good but i dont know thats there miles. but i like swift that there orientation is hir in laredo and what i like in swift is there flatbed plus i see on the threads that they get good miles. tank you guys for helping me its a hard choice for me anything you have to say about this companys please let me know tanks
