Too bad we couldn't have traded. You could have had the miles to PA and I could have gone home and gotten well.

At the Lancaster terminal, did an easy 516 miles today, done by 3:00 pm. Headed for West Memphis, AR tomorrow, should be there very early as I'll be out of here EARLY tomorrow morning!

Chicago IL to McAllen TX 1500 miles hustled down here to make their ontime delivery, the dock foreman said they are open on Saturdays too. I got 7.8 mpg on the run (light load) but I believe I could have gotten 9.8 mpg running my way rather than the breakneck pace they lead me to believe the load required. Not too upset, snagged a 500 miler up to Fort Worth for tomorrow mac30 yeah....

At the J in West Memphis, AR. Was going to stay at the Petro until I realized they charge you to park there if you don't spend a certain amount of $$$.

Not too impressed (with the J) but it's better than the Memphis terminal.

Glade Springs, VA tomorrow. Huge Petro there, one of my favorites.

Bloomsburg, PA. Mac 30 was messing with me last night. Had a PTA of 1330 today, and kept offering me a load that was pu 1300-1545, 117 miles away. So I thought, redo my pta, set it out until 1430, and then this morning, same offer on MAC 30, now pu time pushed out to 1545. Said yes, then the pplan, said no, new eta 1630, sent it back, ok. I knew who the customer was and it was a preloaded trailer. I just wanted the computer to put in the correct times.

what a day!i got to my p/u in sugar land tx couple of hours early and receiver says load doesn't p/u till monday. called that in and they took it off me. gave me a budweiser load that was already late for p/u in houston tx and message says no 14' trailers(guess what i had lol) planners took that off me. got a home depot load in baytown tx with 5 stops. was going to be late on p/u. so i called fontana to talk to my dm(forgot he doesn't work weekends) and ended up talking to some bonehead. he said that i don't need to call with questions about preplan times. just do the mac 9. so i hung up and propmtly just refused it without putting times in. of course they message me back saying to put in reason, so i just said was already late. then i get a walmart load in baytown tx being late for p/u again. so i just push my pta back till tomorrow morning and put times i could do it tomorrow. get message back with new time, so i accepted that. lost a 2250 mile run and ended with a 956 mile run. must have pissed off planners

That Wal-mart load in Baytown, you probably could have just said what time in MAC 9 that you could pu, and it would have probably been just fine. They are preloaded all the time and they always have plenty of time on this. It was just good old Plus-1 at its finest.
