I was told by a recruiter that I would start out at 25 cents after I get on my own and if I don't have any accidents and everything is on time my pay will jump to 34 cents after one month of driving. how easy is it to achieve?

We used to have a member on that fleet.
Just remember, recruiters say a lot of things about which they know not much. I would have to question that recruiter's veracity. -
Thats exactly what I did when I went solo. I was solo for 2 1/2 weeks then went to GLR. I asked my new DM at the start and he said you give me 2 weeks and show me you can do this then we will see. I then reminded him and said sure not problem, so on the spot I started running GLR.
Now this may not be the norm, but I had a great DM also, so maybe that made a difference. I just wanted the more regular homtime and not too worried about the miles unless they got really low which they did not.
It would vary, but usually between 1,800 and 2,000 miles a week. That was fine for me and would be home every Saturday morning and leave out Monday morning, but again I had a good DM who worked well with me. -
I believe you won't make .34 cpm until you reach one year with Swift, but others may have the actual scoop on that.

I am OTR and just started with Swift, and got stuck in the GLR my first week, and did not ask for it. It was because I was loaded out of COLS to Manteno, and still trying to get out of the GLR. From Tuesday until this evening, I am looking at abt 1100 miles, 3 200 mile loads and 1 350 miles run and 1 280 miles run. If this is what you want, then enjoy.

I am a student yet. They told me that is where swift needed me and it has the hometime I would want. Swift told me I had the perfect location, close to milwaukee. Swift told me 2200-2800 miles, mostly drop and hook, starting out 25 cents a mile and after 1 month solo if I achieve the goals set in front of me I would be at 34 cents a mile because that is what the GLR paid. I have a hard time believing the jump but anything is possible

I wish you the best and good luck.

I get into regions all the time and spend several days in them. Personally I will run down in georgia for awhile then get out and run around tennessee...get something down to Texas and run a few shorties down there...WV use to be where I got stuck running alot...but the skinny roads get on my nerves. Once you get Platinum you can pick from 3 load offerings and can control your destiny a bit. Although they have ways to PP you before you put in for the offerings....they are a tricky bunch....
