No person may smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe on or within 25 feet of(a) A motor vehicle which contains Class 1 materials, Class 5 materials, or flammable materials classified as Division 2.1, Class 3, Divisions 4.1 and 4.2; or(b) An empty tank motor vehicle which has been used to transport Class 3, flammable materials, or Division 2.1 flammable gases, which when so used, was required to be marked or placarded in accordance with the rules in §177.823 of this title

A friend from Lancaster sat for 5 days in Decatur. 3hrs to get a B service. 5 days to get 3 tires changed out. His DM says she will check into getting him lay over pay? BS!
I happened to call him Friday evening. He was near Jackson MS. He had called and messaged to get an empty to get a good run to WI. She went home, and the lazy butt planners weren't making any effort to find him an empty.
I routed him to Nissan in Canton. He got one there! How much do I get paid to do that? 
Wonder why I have animosity for this company? Wonder why they are the largest transport company in the U.S. yet the 5th most profitable?
