Macro 30 Glitch, anyone else having prob.

Been trying to use Mac 30 for 2 days now, and keep getting back a msg that I am ineligible. Talked to the DM this afternoon, and she told me that there are problems with it right now, some kinda glitch in the system. She told me that she had a few calls today from other drivers. I am just wondering. Anyone else also having a problem. I thought that maybe the system still had me on the Wal-Mart account. When I asked that same question this morning, I received a msg back, what is the 591 fleet. I was told yesterday that while I was on it, they had my truck hidden within the system so that other planners could not see me. So now I am wondering, if it is a glitch, or if someone forgot to take me out of that fleet and put me back OTR, or if the loss of my ranking made me ineligible. My DM did say that all business partners are eligible, regardless of their rank. Also was told that since I was on Wal-Mart for one week, I lost all my ranking, and have to start over. Total BS. Punished for helping out.

Today was finally able to get it to work again. Turned out that my having a ranking of "0" was what was doing it. They gave me back my ranking of 4, and it started to work again. There was something that was on the profile for my truck, I think back when I was working Wal-Mart.
