inonly, sorry. that is what I meant. In China, everyone if mostly in a rush. Have to be the first in line at the store, push your way to the front, yell over others trying to get help, and here, we mostly just wait our turn. Mostly understand that we will be taken care of, although it might take a little while in some cases, we will be taken care of. Mostly all of the people that she has might have been very friendly and helpfull. When they see that she is trying to fugure something out, like the juice machine at the hotel, someone steps up and helps. At home they are very easy on her.

Hello Everyone,
Well we are now sitting in rainy Tacoma. Busted our butt to get here this morning for a live unld that turned out to be a drop. Well, we know how that goes. Susan was able to see some lovely scenery this morning, at least until we got to Snowqualimi. Comming down off 84 into Pendleton, the sun was just starting to come up, so could still see the city lights from the top. She was like, we are going down all the way there, and she could see the curves in the road and the other trucks heading down. Wish that would have had more time so that could have stopped at Arrowhead. Like that place since newly remodeled. After there then over 82 and then 90. By the time that we hit the pass, fog and rain. She was still able to take some nice pics through the windows. Could not believe that there still snow at the resorts, being the end of May.
Well in the morning, pick up a load of fireworks in Winlock and take the scenic route most of the way over to just east of Lewiston. You know, Us-12 to 82 and back onto 12 again, if allowed. Will have to wait and see what Haz-Mat has to say in the morning as far as routing. Probably stop at the terminal Wednesday night and walk over to the Chinese place just outside, and then will see what she has to say about American Chinese food. This depends on the how long to get loaded and how heavy. Never been accross US-12 from I-5 to I-82 and then back onto US-12.
Everyone take care and stay safe.

1inonly and FR8, there was something else that she mentioned. That is the time spent out eating. Even with the Economy the way that it is, when we are in China and see a family, everyone is very joyous and happy. It is like a small celebration. Even though that dinner might be taking at least 2 weeks worth of work to pay for it, they are still celebrating. When we have eaten out here a few times, she just looks and mostly see everyone just looking so down in the mouth. She knows that the economy is not the greatest, but she believes, if the family is all together and having a nice time, then celebrate and be happy. That is one of the things that she has noticed the most.

Well, are still in Lewiston. Finally a pplan late this afternoon. We ended up being routed a different way due to the placards on the trailer, but it was not that much further. While here ate at the Golden Dragon twice. Susan really enjoyed it. Last night the waitress there was from her home city, and the cook was from Beijing, so it was like old home week. Sat there almost 3 hours with all of the gabbing. In the morning we will be heading to Vegas, where I might just have to teach her, or at least let her play the slots. Not sure how she will react to that after sitting 2 days and no revenue. I think that she will be okay with it. She is happy now knowing that we will be rolling again in the morning. Well update again after Vegas and let you know how she did, or even if she allowed it.

well, it has been a little while. Susan is doing quite well. We are sitting in Spraks now. This morning awoke with the start of something. Heard that there is something going around. Ever since I caught the flu last year in PHX, it is very easy for me. Last night tried our hand at the slots. Susan won a whopping $3 after spending about $30. She hid the rest that I gave her in her purse. She has been starting to be somewhat of a goof ball, like wearing a baseball cap sideways, and wearing a real short skirt at the Fontana terminal. Shortest that I have ever seen her wear.
Now like all good Chinese women, she has me playing matchmaker. She would like to find a nice American husband for her adopted daughter. She is 28 and never married. She is looking for someone around 40. If live close to Ohio that is a plus. Her name is Tanya. If anyone is interested or know someone that might be, all inquiries will have to go through Susan. Wish that I could add some pics, but having all kinds of trouble doing this.
