So my husband had two runs last week where he paid $75 for one and $250 for the other for the lumpers. He had receipts that he turned in for both. Of course, the $75 cleared with no problems. The other one of course did not. They cash advanced the money but said the receipt does not have enough information on it. So my husband who took home time for that week will be getting a $45 check on Tuesday. Wouldn't normally get me this upset but my husband has our son is with him. So, has anyone else had this happen? Did you get your money back? I can take when he doesn't get his layover pay. I can take it when he sits with no loads almost every weekend. I can take it when they expect him to run 25 mile loads back to back but when my child is out there and you short my husband well.......NOT HAPPY! Taking any recomendations at this time and please forgive the rant. Thank you.

Sorry he is going through this homegirl but he needs to learn his macros. Mac40 is used to request lumper pay. Shortly after he sends it in the money is transferred to his Comdata card. He then calls Comdata's number and fills in all the auhorization numbers on a blank Comcheck and the money transfers from his card to that Comcheck which he hands to the lumpers. Takes maybe 10 or 15 minutes and NO money comes out of his pocket. Hope this helps next time. (Instructions for how to fill out a Comcheck can be printed at a kiosk next time he's at a terminal or you can at home.)

He did the macro 40 and filled out the authorizations with the confirmation. Called hubby and he clarified.

If he did the Mac 40 and a Comcheck he should be done with it. If he paid out of his pocket after doing the Mac 40 and things went ts up over the receipt details then the money is still on his Comdata card. Call him and have him check the balance at an atm.

I was in your neighborhood a few days ago and forgot to get in touch. Sorry. Next time...

This is what I hear... He had a lumper pay, used Mac 40, and some info on he receipt was missing, ie tax number, trip number, name of first born child yada yada yada... I've had this trouble with a motel i got cause truck was in the shop.... When swift puts money on Comdata they take it straight out of your check.... Most of the time they rresmburse you on the same check... Sometimes something gets fubar... Hash it out with his DM... If that dont work get a hold of payroll... Don't let crap like this slide.
