Swift does e-logs, but as a student you will have to do paper too. They have a gps in the Qualcom..which is usless at times. The Atlas will be your best friend.
I had no problem being a female with Swift. I would say it is safe to say you will just be a number..nothing more, nothing less.
Once you get on the road, you will find some will treat you with little to no respect. You will need thick skin for that. I had a guy step right up on the driver door stairs and hold on to my mirror and had me put the window down just to give me grief about the time I took to back it in. Then you will also find a lot of people who treat you well. There are good days & bad days..like any other job out there.

hmmmmm, any chance part of that bad experience was your own doing? Naw......

I did 2 years at Swift. Yes there were some jerks in the office. Some were so stupid that I wondered how they drew breath... But a company of that size is bound to have some morons. Overall they treated me fairly well and I did consider them when I decided to go back to the road, but GTI had a better offer.
Pjay, I wish you best of luck and as many safe miles as you can run! Good job on sticking out that horrible mentorship. You madam, have sand.
