Shorted on your quarterly Bonus?

The age old bonus. I always said if you relied on bonuses we would starve. Husband is not at Swift. I hope this works out well for you anyway.

I once had a bonus from Sherwin Wms Paint that was cancelled because the warehouse worker was giving away product out the back door, store was about $18,000.00 short at inventory and I lost $300.00 which was pretty good bonus for the time period and the 90's.

 

Ya lets do it the owe me 1000s of miles for all the over miles unpaid we go by Rand Mcnallg aMoving miles is there excuse z I dont give a F they are just wrong some way off....bet those customers get charged every single mile or the company would lose wsy to much but theg screw the driver...

As for Bonus I run dedicated but we should recueve a Bonus as well we are still bssically OTR we ju as t run a 250 mile radious sometimes even more if on a backhaul we are still stuck out everyday for weeks at a time away from our familys its BS we deserve a Bonus as well. Thats why I idle my truck as much as I plz they screw me I screw them let them ##### ai dont give a F


Sad part is a Bonus will be very hsrd to sue for they are not required to even pay Bouns but by now they owe me st least $3500 to $5000 with the way my miles are and as Platnium but dedicated your rank just disappears til you return to OTR to the rsnk you were at. Its really dumb

LOL thats funny Im at $.32 they tried getting me to join and cut it to $.29 wnd cut stop pay I said nope and been here 8 months not even on fleet just a surge driver they like me so they keep me.

The ranking is a joke Im still running like a Platium driver but they screw that up and no Bonus thats just bs if you ask me and they screw tge whole ra nking system up Ive drove 200,000 but it says I have only drove 70,000 and continues to go down weekly and my dispatched days count down and my load count as well the people in the ranking department is idiots I can never make a million mike driver with Swift now oh well Im going local st my 2yr mark anyways
