    Wondering if it's possible to go to the texas acadamy if a Cali resident ? Looking to go over the road for a year than look for local gig in Texas.

    Nope. Not unless you have a Louisiana, Texas, or Oklahoma drivers license. Doesnt matter where you go to school only matters that you stick it out for your year.

    You can go to school anywhere and move to Texas anyways. Where you go to school and where your home terminal is has nothing to do with where you live. You can also switch home terminals if you want.

    The Texas academy trained for OK and LA also when I was there, but they are no longer doing that. They will be TX only with store fronts to help people get their permit tests done faster.
