I saw in the recent "Please oh please help us" message that they raised the pay for DT dedicated to $.37/mi $150/unload $10/add'l stop. Is anyone on this account able to comment on miles?
Awhile back when I talked to one of the account managers, he said some of their drivers regularly make $1000/wk gross, but most make less, and some make very little because they go home every week. That was on the old pay scale of $.33-135-10, respective to the above list.
I'm young and in fair shape, so unloading would be no problem, I'm purely curious about average pay.

I did DT 8 months for SNI, pay sounds about right but you'll earn every penny of it.
I imagine Swift will be about the same, always short on drivers for that account so those doing it are run to death.
"Please oh please help us" is probably because they burn out drivers at a high rate.
There's better ways to make a grand a week IMHO but if you're looking to get out of OTR and into a regional gig like I was it's a stepping stone.
I did get home every Saturday but just barely,10 hrs out of the truck was about all.scottied67 Thanks this. -
Keep in mind that with all of these dollar accounts the bulk of your money is not made through mile pay but through unloading.

You can join Dollar Tree straight out of school. They're hard up.

not the account in san Bernardino, ca. You gotta wait 6 months. -
I just want a dedicated run right out school. The only companies that offer that are US Xpress and SNI

I've done it and turned it down, they still spam me with Marietta needing help. In other news did you hear that dollar tree bought out family dollar in the past few days for 8.5 billion. Walmart is said to be shaking in their boots.

The pay is different depending on which dollar tree account you are out of. The one out of Lathrop, Ca was 32 cpm plus 90 a day. I dont know if they raised it. I tried it and realized for the amount of work I could find a much higher paying job in construction where I am home every single night. Out of Lathrop you are home on the weekends though.
