Swift dedicated Dollar Tree account

I am home every weekend and if you deliver every day your looking at 900 to 1100 a week

 

I no longer drive. When I was driving, I spent about 6 months on the Dollar Tree account. I was home every weekend, and I averaged about $800 - 1000 a week. But that was a couple of years ago.

 

Swift is getting the boot from dollar tree in joliet and now Schneider gets the chance

 

HAHAHA!!!! I am so not surprised to hear that! I did Dollar Tree last spring when Swift first came back to the Joliet DC. Started out great, though it did take a little while to get accustomed to the extra work. I even lost 35 lbs! But then Anthony took over as manager for Swift and everything went to Hell in a hand basket. Quickly. When he started, I was told that he had like 15 years experience doing Dollar Tree and that he used to be the manager when Swift originally had that account several years ago, before USX took it over. I would be willing to bet that if he managed it then like he does now, he is the reason Swift lost the account the first time and the reason they are losing it now. How badly does he have to screw that up if DT is still sticking with USX over Swift? When I first started on it, USX was 30 days behind on their loads and was losing at least two drivers a week. And DT is still sticking with them over Swift? Wow! I had talked with several of the managers and most of them hated the USX drivers. They were idiots and most of the time rude. And they were glad to see Swift coming in. I guess that's all changed now. Way to go Anthony!
