I'll be starting Labor Day. What to expect?? As with any new endeavor, I "expect" nothing but THE BEST. I read loads of complaints and negativity. TBH, I read the same comments about every company.
I make this challenge to the naysayers, find a company or a business you can start, where you will be top paid with no "learning curve" in the first two years. If you find one, let me know. I'll cancel my trip to Millington and join you in the business.
Expect the best. Learn all you can from the valuable resources at the school. Even with you having driven. If you would forgive the analogy, I look at it as a two year "boot camp". -
If you do your part Swift will do theirs. I have been here six months and I am happy. Like anything else in life, you get out what you put in. From one vet to another, thanks for your service and good luck.
OceanDan Thanks this. -
