You do, until you scan in the scale receipt with your trip paperwork.
Then you get reimbursed for it on the next pay check.

    Cat scales are now $10.50

Initial weigh is $10.50. Reweighs are $2. No need to get any approval for load >35K; just include the scan tickets in your trip paperwork.

I highly recommend getting the "Weigh My Truck" app from CAT. Yes, it directly bills your credit card, but you get your weights right on your phone, before you pull off the scale. No running into the truck stop (and waiting in line!) to see if you're legal. Just one trip inside to pick up your tickets.

you still have to go in get your weigh ticket and reciept
but if you are heavy and have to reweigh a couple times you only need to go in once

    Eckoh Thanks this.

Oh that's nice, wish I did that when I was a company cheap and heavy hauler. Most of my loads now are light, and I have a gauge on the dash for my tractor axles.
