They can always get it from the consignee...its nothing to stress over...you can let your dm know..he/she can fix it.

Similarly keep all your scanned trips too. I had some trips get misfiled then Swift said I had missing paperwork on the kiosk. I would dig it up and rescan it. They manually process the papers to route them for payment from brokers and shippers, so things can get misplaced. In your circumstance though, you're not the first nor the last to lose a bol call them and they'll get it done.

I smoke. Once I had a BOL sitting on the passenger seat, and opened the passenger's side window to vent the smoke out of the cab and "POOF!" the BOL went out the open window.
I called my DM and he quickly got a pdf copy from the customer and all was good.
Contact your DM and explain the situation.
It's always good to keep up to date on scanning your paperwork. That way you always get paid in a timely manner. I know my mentor had an issue with this, because they had him on a hold for paperwork to get paid. Don't be that guy. -
You will learn in time that there is stuff that happens. Do not stress out about it. If you have a great DM (ha ha) things can go very smooth. Remember, this is a training company and they have seen it all and know how to handle it. This reminds me, I need to clean out my file cabinet. Still have some paperwork from almost 7 months ago. There is one thing that I will recommend, and that is when you get on accelerated pay, do a MAC 47 every week. This will tell you if tey are missing something, then you can rescan and be back on within a few days. Most importantly, DO NOT STRESS THE SMALL STUFF.

Instead of Mac-47 I just log into the swift driver portal and go to My Info, and then to Trips Pending Pay or to Check History and look at the Statement. All the information is there, but in more detail than Mac-47.
You can do almost anything you need online at the SDP instead of going to a kiosk in a terminal. It's also a good way for checking company e-mail. I've bookmarked it on my computer and on my phone.OceanDan Thanks this. -
Dm wasnt even mad said to keep reminding him about it so that it gets taken care of. I guess just being the first time and all i was nervous. But he didnt even say the whole make sure it doeant happen again just said no problem messaged the csr and will fix it for you.
