So I lost the paper work for my last trip. I tore my truck apart looking for it. I dont know how I lost it but I did. I dont need to be told to be more organized or anything like that cause I am not perfect. My question is has this happened to any swifties out their and if so what happened. Will I still be eligible for excel pay? And yes I know make sure it doesnt happen again.

Im not a swift driver but I would say had this been a small carrier you would get paid but swift unlikely without the paperwork.I lost a bill from another company and didn't get paid for that trip. Unless you or swift can get a copy faxed from the customer you won't get paid I would say.

Just let your DM know and they will get ahold of CSR and it will be taken care of. It is not like the first time that this has happened.

Call the place and see if they can fax a copy to either you or your company. If to you, it will have to go to a truckstop.

I believe somewhere along the way, a lot of people in the past have lost things, or misplaced a page or two. I even lost a whole notebook with all the loads my husband had driven, still not sure how if fell out of the truck, but it was nowhere to be found.

You might want to get you a clipboard of some sort to put them on. Of course it could get lost too. The worst thing is, it might delay your pay for that load.

what blsqueak says...But expect to be routed to a terminal where you will have to write on the chalkboard 100 times: "I will not lose my bills again".

Maybe you should call the NCIS team to help you find it. Lol. J/k of course. Keep it in same place all the time, or do what I do hand it to the wife and let her figure it out. She is way better organized.
