I'm getting conflicting info from my ECT.

    1. Has Swift shutdown the "old" terminal and moved all operations to the existing Central Refrigerated terminal?

    2. If YES, does anyone have the physical address of Centrals terminal?

    3. Is there a SIMULATOR there??..I need the winter driving session, getting nastygrams.

    Thanks All!!

    1. Yes.

    2. No idea, I don't. But I know how to get there. Don't be fooled by GPS directions, as you can only enter through the back door - and it is way, way around from the front.
If it is your first time there you might be better to follow another Swift or Central truck in.

    3. Probably. Perhaps you might call them to ask the question directly?
And when you call you could also get the address and directions.

    Just saying...

    HousTank Thanks this.

    The thing is...

A current list of terminals should provide the correct information.
That terminal has been in operation for nearly a year now.

Getting directions should not be a problem!!!

    HousTank Thanks this.

    Thanks for the above!
You're right Moose..it shouldn't be a problem BUT I've been given by Swift staff various answers to the above questions. Including different addresses and phone numbers.

They need to put and maintain an up to date list of all Swift terminals and Drop Yards on-line with accurate physical addresses and phone numbers. How hard can that be!?! Put a tab on the driver portal so if you're mobile you could quickly get to that info.

The other night I tried calling El Paso..all numbers led to Phoenix and recordings and getting put on hold etc etc I gave up

It's still a teaspoon better than the old terminal.

At the very least, if you put the address code number in the Qualcomm navigation it should route you correctly. However my one year old reference book instead routed me to the old terminal. That should be updated.

    HousTank Thanks this.

What does "73 to all" supposed to mean in your signature, PChase?
