All I can say is based on my experience dealing with the Syracuse terminal is the people there are top notch, from the shop to the parts department. I was up in the area couple of years ago years ago, took a fall and injured myself bad enough to require medical attention ... I had let my DM know I was heading there. As soon as I got to the window, the terminal manager had been waiting for me and put himself and his staff at my disposal to get me to a clinic, then a pharmacy and arranged for a hotel room where I could lay up and heal.

I'm an O/O ... so my numbers wouldn't really compare ... never drove company, so I don't even have a history to give you any relevant information.

I don't run the account, but the lack of mileage is made up by stop pay, according to drivers I know on other Walmart DC accounts.
