After talking to them they say it has to do with speedometer sensor, we have tried to get that fixed and also a leak we have but after sitting at TA forever they told the shop not to fix and send us to a Terminal with 90 psi. Yeah right, I may be new but I'm not completely ignorant.

there is a number you can call as well if its a new truck they never flashed the new specs to the quallcomm. I just got a 2016 KW and my qualcomm would not work until i called them, it was set to work in an 05 freight shacker after 5 min on the phone it worked fine.

    3. There is a battery cut off switch. Shut off the battery for about an hour and that will drain the QC battery (and truck computer, by the way), forcing a fresh reboot of everything.

That can also help if you turn the truck off when it is in a regen cycle and it farts and derates you.

Also, I had a similar problem with my QC last week.
It lost contact so it couldn't 'see' my location for several hours.

I shut down soon after, and the next day it was back to normal.
I added a comment to the flagged log entries as to my correct location for those events, before I approved those log entries.

Atmospheric events can interrupt the QC signal.
Even if the QC reports a bad sensor, it may just be sun spots and will clear up in a few hours.

If the QC stops working correctly, don't panic. Wait.
Call your DM and see if it is system wide, etc.

Wait a bit more, and start a paper log to be sure.

I've found that it clears up within a day. I then correct my logs before approving them, or send my paper log for the day if needed.
But, I've never had to send in the paper log in these events.
