I wouldn't BLAME anyone...let alone SWIFT. In fact I'm not 100% committed to going to SWIFT. I would most likely do the SWIFT thing and share a room...not wanting to buck their system. But sharing a room w/4 guys is not my idea of a good time LOL

Well you got the wrong attitude already you will fail.

Well we live in the Phx metro area so Steve stayed at home drove into class slept in his own bed, ate real meals and did just fine. Without the "mingling" of a hotel room shared with strangers. I thought at one time in our big house to rent a room and bath but for 3-4 weeks I'd charge a lot more then Swifts rate of $500. If you have the cash for food and your own room it might be worth it. I can even say if you can drive your own vehical there it'd be very handy then dealing with mass transit. I'd find out which motel they are using and call them directly for an extened stay rate. You can mingle at the school and the bus and even study with your fellow students while maintaining private phone calls, a private bathroom etc.
Moosetek13 and Sean_Reno Thank this. -
I know I'm looking to drive my truck to school. But, do they have a place to park it when you go out on the road

Where are you training at Phoenix ? If so there are a plethora of cheap pay by the week hotels near by.

Swift gets a good rate at the motels they use, so paying the extra to be private will probably be cheaper than arranging a personal room somewhere else.
When I was in orientation it was set up for 2 people per room, so I had to pay 50% of the room rate.
I really couldn't imagine a small motel room with 4 people in it.
Do they expect grown men and women to share 2 to a bed?
That has never been my experience when faced with the issue. It has always been 2 per room - at most.Sean_Reno Thanks this.
