Well Thursday morning during my pretrip I notice two leaks one coming from the oil filter and the other from the radiator. So after my delivery I headed to Columbus Ohio terminal to get it look at and they told me I needed a new radiator but it wouldn't be in till Sat morning and now its Sunday morning ..I have ask a couple of times if it has come in and just been getting the run around that they are too busy to bring in the truck haven't gave me a idea when ..so question is what can I do now??

Swift shops operate under a system totally separate from the rest of the company . They are not answerable to anyone in the terminal system , not even the terminal manager . They are all managed from Phoenix . Your only recourse is to try to sweet talk the shop foreman today or talk to the service manager tomorrow .

Wow! Straight out of the old school of mundane....no kidding huh? I've seen this before, it's for cost control. 10 to 1 the shop has to order everything through Phoenix and it's trucked on a terminal load. Shop manager prolly can't buy a light bulb out of network and has no petty cash.

This is fine except in a case like this.......and cases like this come up often.

We actually lost loads and customers because of this......couldn't source local valves / parts / etc. and then couldn't respond to a flexing customer demand. Very ignorant to lose a customer load over BS like this.

    And management thinks we're stupid........geeze.

I just had mine replaced in Salt Lake. It took most of the day.
A lot of stuff has to come off with it, and reinstalling things takes longer than removing them.

Parts sourcing is local but the problem is there's no accountability by the grease monkeys . With very few exceptions they do sub par work , take their sweet time doing it and do less than a complete job . They think nothing of releasing trucks that are as unsafe to drive as they were when they came through the door . I'm leased to Swift but I won't let one of their fools touch my truck .

If it's not done today, which it probably won't be, get a voucher for a motel room for the night and first thing in the morning tell your DM the situation with the truck and you will probably get another truck...provided one is available at that time.

I actually had a similar problem a month ago. Took the truck to Columbus for a radiator leak, dropped it off on Saturday and went home (I live in Ohio), came back to the terminal Monday morning and the truck wasn't going to be done until "possibly Tuesday night." Let my DM know and he spoke with someone at columbus and I was given another truck. The only way you won't be given another truck (if there is one available) is if you are leasing your truck.
