Ok who and where ?

I HAVE BEEN TRAINER FOR 10+ YEARS AND JUST CAN'T WATCH YOU GUYS MIX IT UP ANYMORE--- I MAY OR MAY NOT AGREE, BUT THESE ARE OBSERVATIONS: FACT, YOU ARE A TRAINEE: FACT, YOU ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST WITH THESE COMPANIES AND THEY REALLY HAVE NO REASON TO DO MUCH MORE THAN MAKE MONEY WITH YOU, THATS WHAT THEY DO: FACT, THEY REALLY DON'T INTEND TO KEEP MOST OF YOU, BUT LET YOU MOVE ALONG TO A BETTER COMPANY WHO DOES CARE AND REPLACE YOU WITH ANOTHER NEWBIE AT CHEAP RATES AND OUTSIDE GRATUITY FROM THE GOVERNMENT: FACT, DON'T PUT ALL THE BLAME ON THE COMPANY YOU MUST SHARE YOUR PISS OFF WITH SOME REAL JERK TRAINERS THAT THEY ALLOW TO "SHOW YOU HOW ITS DONE" AND WHO ARE 1 STEP ABOVE A NEWBIE THEMSELVES, AND EVEN SOMETIMES THATS QUESTIONABLE: FACT, SOME OF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE INTO THAT TRAINING COMPANIES COMFORT ZONE AND BE HAPPY, EVEN IF THE PAY IS NOT AS GOOD, BUT MOST WILL HAVE FOUND OUT THERE ARE ALLOT BETTER PAYING COMPANIES FOR YOU TO CHOSE FROM THAT DON'T HAVE THE MINDSET OF A "TRAINING COMPANY MENTALITY". THIS IS A GREAT TRADE BUT STARTING OUT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY STREET AND MOST OF US HAVE PLENTY OF WAR STORIES TO TELL THAT HAVE PAID THE "NEWBIE" PRICE. BOTTOM LINE "SUCK IT UP AND GETTER DONE" . BY THE WAY, MY QUESTION IS : IF SOMEONE CAN SHARE THE TRAINING COMPANY NAMES THATS REALLY DO IT RIGHT ADD IT TO THIS LINK, THE NEW GUYS COULD REALLY USE THE INFO, ME TOO

LOL, that just drives me NUTS, just because someone types in caps does NOT mean they are yelling..........maybe a ! would mean they are yelling after all a ? means they are asking a question.

I'm sure they are only trying to place strong emphasis on their comments, but it only proves to be distracting. Kinda like the whisper font.

Agreed!! All hail Nana, queen of the Nikes!!!
Funny that the 10+ year trainer didn't answer yet.....As many have said, the Swift academy is a starting point and you get out of things what you give. Nuff said.
