My dad looked at leasing to them about a year ago. Only info he got was from other O/O leased to them and most seemed happy. They had a good bit of freight up in your area from what I remember. They claimed to be running several loads off river barges in MS,AR,TN,IL,MO areas. He was thinking about end-dump and decided against it because of the risky long dumps. I'm sure if you went to work for them it would be a learning curve with the dispatchers and system, so prepare to have a lean month or two.

was there couple years ago. Allot of miles you will never sit. very good company honest and open office to you. down side is force dispatch you go where they tell you to go and home time is hard to get. The farther you live from AR the harder it is to get home. Once you get home you can stay as long as you want it just getting there. Would say the biggest reason they have turn over is because of latch of home time. Hope this help they are good company honest pay would still be if home time was better i live in Michigan.

I live in west tn. I talked to a recuriter today, he seemed straight forward. He wasnt trying to sell anything, just answered all my questions. He is sending me a carrier packet, just have to wait and look at that. Seems they have relaxed their rules on the age limit of trucks.

Yes i agree living in Tn you should have no problem getting home. Good luck. If I lived closer I'd still be there.

I won a lawsuit against them for the dispatcher taking my permits and firing me because he didn't like me. It's a lot of short haul, like 250 ety, 250 loaded then a trip to Texas, ety to Phoenix and they expect you to run like you were a team. Lot's of roofing gramnules Lr to Port Arthur then broken beer bottles, coal, cement, and iron ingots, baled aluminum, ground up alternators, and soil from auto salvage yards to cookers, then haul the dirt back.Grain, chicken poop, and bat poop too.

It really depends on which dispatcher you have.
They get assigned a group of trailers and get paid on percentage of what the trailers gross. This is why you seldom sit.
I never felt pressured to run especially hard and most of their customers have very liberal hours for delivery.
My dispatcher "Jimmy" had a group of customers that he consistently sent me to and that kept me running different corridors than the guys on other fleets. You and your truck will get dirty a lot but it's consistent work year round and I only left when I blew the engine in my truck and couldn't afford a new one. My average trip including deadhead was between 600-800 miles. I was there for 8 months.
