Does anybody know if Quality Liquid Feed "QLF" is a good company to drive for and if they pay well?

I almost went to work for them a couple years ago. I live close to one of their plants. they haul their own product. the pay scale seemed a little low to me.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone have any info on QLF? Wondering if they are a good company to work for, pay scale, and what kind of equipment. I see they are looking for drivers in a few of their plants. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

If you live close to one of their plants and they pay $.37 or more per mile, it's probably a GOOD job...I know they pay hub miles and their equipment looks vety nice, too...Lots of new Petes and KWs. That's all I know. I never looked that much more into them because I don't want to move close to one of their plants...Although, I would choose Menomminie, WI, because it's beautiful up there...just REALLY cold a few months a year. GOOD LUCK.

They only pay .34 cents a mile to start. They have many all Kenworths. Owner Operators have the fancier trucks. They driver manager is a complete jerk. I pulled a dump trailer for them for 2 months. The tanker drivers bully you around like their some kind of God. Very poor management in Dodgeville! They have great benefits that cost you nothing. They charge for your family. After 5 years they even pay for them. That part is all great! But their driver manager is a real jerk!

The DM at the IL plant? Because I've heard nothing but good about the DM/Plant Manager at Muskogee. He used to drive for them 13 years and now is the PM the last 3 or 4 yrs. I'm looking at them too... sounds really like a good company that puts family first... like its supposed to be!

I buy product from them. The equipment is sharp and the drivers that come here like their job. They drive company trucks and are not from IL. It appears to me as a family owned well respected company. General information can be found at www.qlf.com That has nothing to do with the trucking end that I know of.
