AR Transport?

Yeah, I would only say they have 40 drivers out of there and some of the longest seniority drivers. so something must be good. The job isnt for everyone so there will be people who struggle or it doesn't work out but everyone is different. If you are looking for a change and put 100% into it and take the time to learn the business I think its hard to fail here. it isn't easy but its rewarding.

 

Actually just met up with a new driver out of Columbus today. He has been here 3 months and was headed to re-certification class in Morris,Il and he was talking about the job. said the first couple weeks were rough but now he has a rroutine and has a few drivers who he calls if he is unsure about something and he in running and making good $. The guy could talk, he says that it in easy to get frustrated learning aomething new and he would try to stay calm and talk to people and work through thg issue and he found that helped him weather the beginner storm.

I was impressed with him.

 

Good deal. I've been checking out A&R and Ww transport. They are food grade and you don't have to load yourself. If our contract doesn't renew at end of the month I am going to give one of them a shot. Do your customer s let you park on site so you can save HOS.

 

management has the drivers checking with all shippers and recievers nationwide checking to see if theyre deiver friendly and allow you to sleep on location. if the're deiver friendly it is added to the directions

 

Thanks for all the info fueltankhank it's been really helpful. One last question. I can imagine the answer to this would be no but you never know till you ask right do they allow pets at all? I've had to give up one dog for a job before but don't want to again.
