    I can't comment on the trucking end of things, but Ergon is a huge company. The riverboat end of things (tugs, barges, terminals) is just great. They also have offshoots into the marine powerplant end of things. Huge company.

    cant tell about O/O pay but I have many pals there as company drivers running local pay around $23.80 OT after 40 they all like it very well..

    Thanks for the feed back I have visited the website but doesn't say anything about pay just wanted to see if anyone on here works for them or has had any experiences with them

    I'm here in Channelview now. It's a slow process but everything so far is fantastic. There benefits package and pay package is outstanding. The equipment is great as well. I will say that they stand behind the driver and don't expect you to take any crap from customers. Will update when I know more.
