    alot of the guys I have saw have not been overly trained to load and unload from what I hear the pay is way below industry standard for cryo drivers I think most if not all are owner ops or lease ops ..from what I have seen and heard from a few of them I would run...

    No...they're Cheap truck salespeople and brokers of cryogenic gases,they say they want experience, but they don't...You know I'm all about helping others, but when they say they want "experienced" drivers and you have to explain to theirs how to load or unload?...what does that say for their training program?
