    10 hours is a short day in dump work, i tend to complain when they want to shut me down in 12 hours or less, get out walk around kick the tires while your getting loaded. make sure you eat decent food, eating unhealthy will make you tired. b'sing with the guys your working with on the cb can make the day go by faster. make sure you are getting enough sleep at night.
