Yeah it's a bit confusing but Service Transport have the light blue trucks but I'm not too familiar with their pay plan.
With TSC you will need to apply for a TWIC card too, seems to be the norm these days. I've talked with the dispatchers and guys can run as many miles as they can handle, up to 3200 miles a week, but it's all up to the individual.

thank you ..would you happen to know if their trucks(TRS) have an automatic transmission or manual ..i will still apply eventhough they require the one year experience who knows i might be lucky and get a call ... i made a decision i won`t drive an automatic starting my first year.So lets see .

I've been told they are thinking about putting automatics into the fleet but for the moment, they're all manuals. That's for TSC. Service Transport...no idea.
As for IRT paying 60c mile. You can take that with a pinch of salt. If you're going for tanker, chemicals is the way to go, not FG.

Out and back is usually a dedicated trailer used by 1 company and sometimes 1 product. We have a few loads where they "top load" meaning the trailer isn't cleaned because the same product is loaded each time. You go out either loaded or empty and come right back after loading or unloading. Then you do it again.
