It's OTR, I don't think it matters. I was just in Cincinnati yesterday.

Trimac rejected me this afternoon. I have six months OTR tanker. They want a full year minimum.

Yep, it's what my boss said. For the Elite team no way is anybody getting on without a year and a approved school. 2 years OTR minimum without schooling. Branches do at times try out students but only the top ones.

Awesome! I have been looking forward to this thread. Schneider is saturating the want ads with "Up to 72,000+" in most of the locations. They must really be hurting for Bulk guys. Firespock is still sitting, poor guy.

Few more things I thought of. When I started I asked if I could have a big inverter for a microwave. Kinda figured I would buy one and have the shop install it. But I instead my manager just called down and the next thing I know I had a 2000 watt inverter professionally installed for free. A guy that started with me asked and received the same. I thought that was cool. Schneider has a no inverter policy. The microwave is already saving me money and I'm eating better. Good benefit to me.

The facilities are decent and more numerous than Schneider. Smaller, but I haven't had any trouble parking. The trucks run 65, idle if you need to and our fuel network is PFJ and Loves. The terminals have no fuel, they said it was more expensive that way. Last paycheck was awesome, I'm getting happier.

Also, I have received a few questions on this. The Elite team requires a minimum of 2 weeks out, but the branch positions of course will depend on that manager. I do not know their requirements. The Elite Fleet is designed to run and quickly get capacity to an area that needs it so running hard is necessary.
