I have 16 months experience in van and just got my hazmat but still need the tanker endorsement and am looking to going into tanker driving. I live on the west side of Atlanta, GA. Looking for a company that would get me home some during the week and off weekends. I am currently looking at Rogers Cartage and MC Tank so any info on these two would be great. Also looking for recommendations on other companies. I don't want anything on the NE of Atlanta because if you have driven in Atlanta traffic you know what kind of commute that would be. Thanks for any info and recommendations you have.

Have you thought about a local gas retailer? They are home every night and off weekends.

Dana Transport has a terminal on the south side in Morrow.

Some yes some only require 12 months OTR.

To add to that, I never pay attention to minimum requirements. Worst they can tell you is no. Besides, if I did I wouldn't have three offers for AA&E, and I'm not even out of school yet.
