Bashnya,
Thanks a lot for the info. Waiting for my house to close next week and I'll be out there. Nice to have a little info before I go.
What do you about a company called Praxair? I see they're hiring in Kingman.
Thanks again
Looking for advice on getting into tanks in the Las Vegas area

YW. All I know about Praxair is they do gases such as helium and propane.
FYI: If you will be living in BHC you should know that it's going to be quite a commute to Kingman and back. Roughly 85 miles round-trip- likely more depending on where BHC you live. Hope you have a reasonably fuel-efficient vehicle else a chunk of your pay is going to be spent at the pump!Last edited: Sep 1, 2014

Pro Petroleum is a bad company the lowest paying for drivers in the industry and too much paperwork for what they pay and slow pay on your paycheck and they short you in payroll good luck

Go to Williams Tank Lines. They have a great training program for "new to fuel" drivers. They'll take you without any fuel experience. You'll start on nights, 5-6pm to 5-6am sometimes longer depending on the work load. You work 5 days, take 2 off, work 5 days and take 3 days off. Back and fourth like that so you get your weekends about every 2 1/2 months. That's where I worked for 3 years and it was a great company. I left for personal reasons and I would go back in a heart beat if I could straight to days lol! I was at 21.50hr and they don't pay overtime. All straight pay, but you work 60-70hrs a week. All their equipment is pretty much new minus the tanks which they just reuse with a brand new tractor underneath it. I was on nights for a year and half and then went to nights and started at 6am to 6pm. I mean if you want to haul fuel and don't have any experience it's a great place to get your foot in the fuel industry!
