does it really matter what type of suspension to get on a tri-axle dump truck, are some more comfortable on the road and others better of road, some more durable. i have noticed these while looking for a used dump and have seen several recordings showing how some work and this is the list i have compiled---- chalmers, hendrickson primax, ag 460, rubber block, haulmax, tuftrac, airtrac and hendrickson hmx460

If a Mack camel back I think is the best then in any other trucks I have owned will only get henderixon walking beam they are reliable don't have an excessive amount of parts the articulate well and and until requireing rebusing the are bullett proof ( with proper greasing the last a long long time) Rubber block is well simple durable rides like hell at all times but it is durable. I don't like any air ride in a dump truck if used off road at all too much roll ans sway dump bags before dumping debris on jobs can kill the bags. Just try to stay away frome something that has a lot of torque rods and other wear parts the wear out and get expensive to replace.

Depends what you want to do with the truck..... Are you going to sit in front of a paving machine or are you going to do a lot of site work ? For everything but site work I'd do primaxx.....
