Once my PTO is engaged my dump box won't go up as it normally did... It goes up very very slowly, I have to accelerate the truck so it can keep going, but it still goes up slowly... When it comes down it comes down as it normally would, pretty fast. I checked the oil... Any one have any thoughts of what it could be? Please help me out.

Check the filter. Sounds like there is a restriction somewhere. Also make sure that the pto is engaged all the way
-
Had something similar happen because the cable on the dump lever became partly disconnected so even when the lever was fully up it was only going up at a snails pace unless you hammered the accelerator.
-
If it's not the up/down control, it might be the pump is worn. Got to be a pressure test on the out line you can try.
-
Sounds like the pump is weak probably need to replace it

Can you hear the bypass valve?

Sounds like your pto is worn out. new? old? Ever leave it on and drive down the road? high rpms will burn it right up. if new and never got too hot could be clogged oil supply line/fitting ect... usually if in need of bleeding they bounce coming down good luck! -
I'd say its your up/down control not allowing much pressure for your up, is it a cable control rod or air?
-
Another thing, getting to be that time of year how cold is it where you're at? Get enough water in the system and it will freeze at the low spot, which is usually in or before your PTO pump on the transmission, therefore cavitating your pump and tearing it up.
