    During the blitz I was weighed with one of those portable scales. So I drive up on it the liquid moves to the rear, I drive my tandems over it moves forward. I didn't bother to explain that to the obviously highly educated, common sense laden, not a hint of Dumb officer.

    Its a good thing they don't. Could be quite a money maker setting up some portable scales on a hill and writing tickets for overweight on the down hill side. You would need to keep load weights below 25K to stay legal through the slosh. Do it. More loads and a bigger shortage of drivers willing to pull our "rolling bombs".
