There is a one inch hose coming off a cutoff valve ( it looks like a spigot) at the bottom of the right side fuel tank and running up over the exhaust to the engine. It is hanging low enough where if a tree branch or some other object was in the road the hose could be snaged and ripped off, leaking fuel all over the highway. I don't know if the cutoff valve was added becuase the fuel pump does not work and the previous owner couldn't afford to fix it properly or some one hit something and broke it lose because there is alot of heliarching going on and it maybe oozing a little. Most important would this set-up prevent this rig from passing Md state inspection. I had to crop the photo to reduce the file size, I will get closeups tomorrow

Looks like the hose is too long. I would definitely get it away from the exhaust if nothing else. Try and tuck up along the frame. If it crosses over, just make sure it clears the drive shaft and is supported correctly with some clampage.

That's shoddy plumbing on a wet line. Take that offroad the wrong place, and you'll have 50 gallons of hydraulic fluid on the ground (no, it's not fuel, and that isn't a fuel tank. It's the hydraulic fluid for the dump piston, and that's the line going to or from the pto pump).

Maybe. Does it have two caps?
