Anyone out there with any info on any really good food grade tanker haulers on the West coast, namely Oregon, that might be good to drive for? I have 9 years prior experience hauling food grade products, mostly raw or processed milk, but looking for maybe more than just milk. I have no accidents, tickets and a positive DAC and zero CSA score. Plus 21 years other experience hauling, accident and ticket free.

    Merry Christmas!

Maybe look at Little King Transportation. They haul the Ryan's fruit juice trailers around. Possibly Idaho Milk Transport but I'm not sure how good of a place to work for or if the money is good

I believe Cherokee Freight Lines / Sugar Transport of the NW runs up there. They haul food grade oils and wine. But their starting pay is $15/hr straight time for drive, and varying factor pay for load/unload, pretrip/post trip. You'd probably run the i-5 corridor a lot. If your record is that clean, you shouldn't have a problem getting on there.

They are a Union outfit based out of Stockton. Teamsters Local 439. They're my former employer. They treated me alright. If you run tanker, your dispatcher is also the General Manager and he's a really good guy. If you run freight, prepare to bend over and take it.
