Not bad, she got all of our orders right the first time and she was decent looking.

 

I would be interested to hear more about you starting up with Oakley kc8yhk. You should start your own thread to share your experience as an owner/operator with Oakley.

 

I had an entire novel typed out to start my own thread, then my browser crashed and I lost it all.

I'm too angry to type it all back out lol so here, I entered my week into google maps and attached the image.

my dispatcher has ran me until I only have 2 hours left of my 70. I got held up a little bit when I went to deliver in Robards Ky and that pissed me off because it made me miss my load taking me to Phoenix. Oh well it happens. I did get detention time out of it though.

Overall I am still happy I came here. I have run into a lot of other Oakley drivers and they have all been very friendly and have only had good things to say about the company.

I'm hoping that I get more miles next week. As I get through my 2nd week I'm sure I will have more to report back on.

I've been there since November of last year and absolutly love it

 

I still like it here. This week has been a little different for me though. I was told to drop my end dump and go rescue a pneumatic, then I was told to go load it in New Mexico, then go deliver it... and I don't have a blower lol. Got it delivered with the help of another Oakley driver, then dispatch told me to go ahead and run another round.

I got good miles out of doing that. Luckily I'm soon heading back to get my dump trailer.

 

Looking forward to getting back to work on Monday,new radiator,3 injectors and total rear suspension rebuild,now gotta make some money

 

Looks they have nice trailers but fairly new(5yr old or newer) truck requirements. I would think they're some exceptions for nice trucks
