Please find one source anywhere that would back up your claim that the money "won't be there".

The TRUTH is that social security will never be going broke. The complaint heard is that in or around 2042, the amount in the Social Security Trust Fund will not be large enough to pay FULL benefits, Don't take my word for it.

Even his own administration says if we do nothing -- which of course, we will do something just as we did when Ronald Reagan was president, and we fixed it in a bipartisan way very easily -- but even if we did nothing, it would still have enough money in there to pay everyone 70 to 80 percent of benefits," said Sen. Barbara Boxer of California.

I know some of you might say that you do not care about the business owners, but the truth is we all suffer when a single job is outsourced.
Surely you don't really blame unions for the outsourcing craze! Unions have nothing to do with the profit minded corporations that care only about the bottom line. If your company wants to outsource it's operation to a slave labor country you might want to actually have some representation to stop such an act.

UNIONS

wake up!!!! Unions are going out! Just a matter of time! People (including myself) are not gonna pay 3 dollars for an item when they can walk across the street and pay 1.50 for the same item at Walmart, Target or Kmart or elswhere!!!!! The Union is good for the (right now) (Right here) employee!.. And its passed along to the consumer! I understand Ma and Pa want to own there local shop, but growth and common sense says different! Times are changing, and lower prices are more sensible then going broke. DRIVE SAFE

I thought I already told you that union shops dont compete with big box retailers.... Your post serves as a testament to how brain-washed people can be.

I don't want to offend you Swift Driver, and this doesn't apply to you perhaps. I've seen a number of Swift drivers turned over on some exit and entrance ramps, apparently going into the curves too fast. Since Swift does hire a lot of student drivers, it's probably a good thing their trucks are slow or there would be more turn overs.
