The largest single carriers are Union but there is many many non union car haulers out there Union carriers; Allied Systems, Active Transport, Cassens Transport, Jack Cooper Transport, PTS and think a couple of small ones

interesting how there is parity between southern / northern...

when we voted on the NMFA this spring I was thankful my local was one of the few that refused it...

now the guys that voted yes - (and are now getting run over by lanes not agread to) - are crying.

there were only a small number of the smaller locals that voted yes even the ones that the International reported that was a heavy yes vote voted no so Suckerman has alot of egg in his face now, he even wanted to scare to weak minded by telling them a no vote would mean a strike but never stated that first it means back to the table to negotiate

When you strike, wont the NON STRIKERS (company drivers or scabs) take your place? And then, why wouldnt the company take the non union drivers on the payroll and replace you? It would save the Company money..?? No?

Before carhaul contract negotiations resume, the union’s negotiating committee is asking members to provide feedback. The committee wants to know members’ concerns as it prepares for the contract talks. The following letter was mailed to carhaul members today, and members are being asked to relay their concerns to their stewards and local union leaders.
