No...I'm more than happy to swap lead with any clown that threatens me or my family.

I've stated my distaste for Unions openly in and out of this forum. I hate the Union...and almost everything it stands for. Which isn't much these days.

But not everyone is willing to do these things. They will sign the card...and vote no in private.

By taking that "private" vote away from them. You insure the Union their majority. If it wasn't so, they wouldn't be pushing the card check.

The Union is the coward in this battle. Afraid of the REAL opinion.

If the card check insures the union a victory.....and the current "private vote" insures the company victory what method would you suggest to put a fair and equal voice to each persons rights....

Under the proposed Employee Free Choice Act, introduced in the United States Congress in 2005 and again in 2007, the NLRB would recognize the union's role as the official bargaining representative if a majority of employees have authorized that representation via card check, without requiring a secret ballot election. Can't get much more un-American than that.

Is that the best example of "union thuggery" they could come up with? Somebody jamming a camera in a "union boss'" face and acting surprised that he reacts? I don't think they're going to sway anybody with that vid.
