Over the past 51 years my family has successfully serviced the copper and brass strip needs of our loyal customers from many market segments including jewelry, hardware, electronics, and automotive. In an effort to insure that we have the capital to guarantee the superior service that has become our trademark, my father, Harvey Golden, and I have decided that it is in the best interest of Scott Brass if we sell the company to Sun Capital Partners of Boca Raton, Florida.

Under the arrangements of the sale, I will remain as President and CEO of the new organization. The entire senior management team of Scott Brass will remain intact. No changes in the management or manufacturing structure of the firm are anticipated. The entire Scott Brass family is excited about our new investors and looks forward to better servicing our current customers while continuing to grow our position in the marketplace.
